Windstorm is a Bay area based group that first got started back in 1980 when Andrew noticed some renaissance music on Hal Kunkel's desk at Stanford. Hal had been playing in the Stanford Renaissance Wind Band with Eva Langfeldt, and the rest is history. We play mostly recorders, although we've played more adventurous instruments at times. And we mostly play music of the renaissance, although we've ventured from the 14th century up to the 20th century. We're available to play for all occasions at very, very reasonable rates!
